They decided to open a video game arcade on the main floor. If your room is on the 1st floor you'll get to enjoy the loud sounds of car and shooting games all day.

Receptionist was very rude when checking in, no towels available in room until 15mins after we checked in and that was around 4pm, had to call 2 different times because remote to tv wasnt working still they didnt come up decided to walk back downstairs to get a new remote Couldn't sleep at all because Hotel staff was really really loud in hallways I would understand if it was other guests but staff making all those noises is not acceptable and yes I know it was staff I could also hear them talking with radios

It was a big deal for the front desk to make a second magnetic key for my room. Something around the fact that I am usually to be charged for the second key but that I wouldnt be charged this time… otherwise my experience would have been good.

The only issue I had was the heater not working and being that it's winter, we were pretty cold. Just for that I give 3 stars instead of 5. We even had room service try to help and it still didn't work. We didn't ask for another room only because we didn't want to bother anymore.

Reserved a room for New Year’s Eve celebrations nearby the hotel area (revolution avenue) opting for a delux room with king sized bed. On arrival the room was freezing and turned the ac/heater unit before leaving the room for a couple of hours to ring in the new years. When returning to the room it was cold and noted that only a thin blanket was available. The bathroom only had a small towel for a floor mat but no other towels were available. After receiving lackluster at reception we decided to cut our losses and left the room for a towel for
