We have a bad experience. The hotel lacks maintenance and the installations are in poor condition. We had an Iron that overheated and damaged clothes. The room had a deep smell like moldy. We spoke to management and they were rude.

This place feels safe. They have a store on property the is open late for convenience. The building is an outdated but the grounds are well kept and cleaned.

Looking to spend the day at the pool but the picture is deceiving. Looks way bigger in the picture than it is. I knew the place needs to remodel, it feels outdated but Ok to rest. It’s really calm out there. Friendly staff… just didn’t liked being fooled by the picture of the pool.

Hotel is a little dated. Rooms need atencion. Remote control didn't work. In-house phone also didn't work. Front desk didn't answer my calls on the phone number listed on their pages till the next day hotel answered. Staff really friendly and warming. Swimming pool areas also need atencion. Jacuzzi the paint was peeling.

Great Setting for Golf and Peace – But Needs Accessibility Improvements What I really appreciated about this place is the peaceful atmosphere. The golf course is beautiful, and having a convenience store (Oxxo) on-site makes a big difference, especially since the location is quite isolated. If you're looking to disconnect from the city and enjoy golf, the pool, and quiet surroundings, this place gives you everything in one spot. However, the rooms are noticeably outdated, and the biggest issue is accessibility. There are no elevators or ramps, which means you have to carry all your luggage, coolers, and bags up and down stairs. That’s a serious drawback for families or anyone with mobility issues. While the staff is very friendly and willing to help, they’re not always readily available — and it often implies tipping just to get basic assistance. The location and amenities are solid, but the infrastructure really needs investment to make it more comfortable and inclusive.

My experience here was extremely disappointing. The pool was dirty, and the facilities were in terrible condition. The TV and fridge didn’t work, the kitchen was completely unusable, and to top it off, the golf course had a terrible sewer smell. This place is clearly not being maintained, and it felt like nothing functioned as advertised. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
