The staff was nice but they were unprepared for a family out size. Knowing we were a group of six, they had not place the extra bed sheets we needed. Also, the breakfast was not the best. The beans and the chilaquiles sauce were watered down. The room needed a renovation.

The room I stayed in was Room 401, located at the far end on the right after getting off the elevator, which is situated in the center of the building. While the room itself was acceptable, the Wi-Fi speed was extremely slow, to the point that it was difficult to even send emails. For guests who need reliable internet access for work, this was quite inconvenient and was the most disappointing aspect of my stay.

Todo bien solo que el shuttle al aeropuerto no es 24-7 tiene horario determinado y esto fue una de las condiciones para que tomará este hotel. Deben ser más coherentes con la descripción.

Bedroom floor was dirty & sheets definitely didn't appear that they had been changed. I requested my sheets be replaced, and I had to ask that the floor be cleaned. Amenities come with free breakfast but when I went there wasn't any breakfast and when I asked, they said they only bring out breakfast the first hour and the next three hours people basically have to hope there's food left.
