My reservation was for King Size bed but they said it's not available and room is occupied and gave me twin bed. Receptionist Mitchell doesn't know about the Expedia policy. New manager has attitude issue and not compassionate to handle your difficulties and won't allow late check-out.

Everything was perfect, the only thing is that a mattress change is necessary, way too soft or old, I stayed in room 17, I think.
