I am a frequent Mexico traveler. Staying at Marriott hotels is a preference due to great restful experiences. However, this current stay is just not up to par. The shower tile is crusty and soiled. The room curtains are very soiled. The bed sheets are quite old and dirty. I dare to think that the linen has not been changed after multiple guests. I will not be returning to thia particular location.

This time I found three cockroaches in the bathroom and I'm sure there was more during the night, the staff was very nice and helpful but the hotel is getting old and there's no renovation in their flaws.

Room was clean but one of the bedsheets was stained. On the info the hotel offers transportation but when I called I was told it wasn’t available to check later and then I called again a few days before my reservation and was told the van broke down again. Phone in the room wouldn’t connect to the front desk and tv wouldn’t connect to streaming apps I had to call through my phone to be able to get ahold of someone in the front desk for them to tell me the tv is not compatible with streaming apps even though the tv remote had easy access buttons to those apps. Ac in the room the lid that covered the temperature lights was broken so I had a bright green light shinning all day and night.
