"Hot tub on the roof is unique and I was very impressed with the bar food. Convenient, centralized location. Staff is extremely attentive and prompt with your requests. Only one negative is the elevator, takes forever."

"This was my second stay. I'll be back. I highly recommend the Quartz Hotel. Its conveniently located close to everything you need. The Medical Tower is right next door. I was working on getting my dual citizenship, the office is a 5 minute walk. All the staff are exceptional and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and so helpful. The breakfast was delicious. I went to the jacuzzi and then had a phenomenal massage. Its a wonderful place for a vacation, girls trip, spa trip, surgery recovery I also went for a dental evaluation. So anyway you look at it. Its a great place to stay for self care."

"This hotel is one of the older hotels in Tijuana in terms of how long it has been here. It’s been well maintained and is a lovely oasis in the middle of the very busy city of Tijuana. The pool area is lovely, the restaurants are good and the rooms very confortable. My stay involved ‘medical tourism’ and it was close to the hospital/clinic where I went for treatment."
