The guy at the front desk turned out to be a great guy as well as one of the parking attendants. However there were so many issues during my stay here, I'll have to write a follow up review. I would have to think really hard before I think of staying here again... The two people I mentioned deserve 5 star the hotel 3 and the other staff members I encountered deserv maybe 1 star.
