Staff was very friendly and helpful, hotel is very up to date and modern. Unfortunately upon arrival the bedding was dirty like the sheets pillow cases. I notified the front desk and they took care of the problem right away! So kudos to them! Other than that hotel is centrally located within walking distance everywhere downtown. Room was very comfortable and love the fact that the rooms have AC. I would definitely stay there again in the near future.

Overall, my stay was good, but there were a few issues. The bedsheets had some stains, and the sink didn’t drain properly. The staff in general was nice — the night bellboy helped me a lot and was very kind. However, the front desk lady at check-out, named Mary, was quite rude. I asked if I could store my luggage (which most hotels usually offer), but she refused. I also asked her a question about nearby places, and she said she didn’t know, in a very dismissive way. Other than that, everything was fine. I only used the hotel to rest a bit between flights.

Breakfast was ok, but, everything else was immaculate. My wife had to find us a taxi to Tecate, and, the front desk were so helpful, and, we were not late to a meeting! Slept well also, very quiet!

We had an inconvenience and we couldn’t arrive on the date we thought we did. So we asked if we could change our one night stay and they said no. We had to rebook the night, they were not willing to help us out.
