The heater Wasn't working correctly.. I was really freezing inside the hotel room the blankets are very thin and cheap. Basically you are sleeping with just sheets. The housekeeper was trying to help me but she didn't really fix anything. The lady downstairs up sell me coffee for one extra shot to charge me $9. The hotels free all looking the furniture everything was pretty old.

We stayed at this hotel because one of our friends said it was one of the best hotels in Tijuana, we liked the neighborhood and the bed was very comfortable , during our stayed the hotel went out of power, so no tv , and no light, I guess that was just bad luck we really couldn’t enjoy a stay in which was the purpose of the trip.

Managememt does not help

My stay was completely fine with one issue, the manager Xavier is rude and provides no customer service. He needs to be replaced or atleast not be the manager! Provides no help to his guest and is rude!
