Have stayed at Hotel One Grand Plaza over 10 times in the last year. I made my reservation almost two months in advance. When I arrived on 2/14/2026 I was told my reservation had been canceled due to company policy, since I arrived around 9pm, that since I had booked through Expedia that they could not honor my reservation. I Had to find another place to stay where I wasn’t able to sleep, and just to add to my horrible trip, lost my Ipad at this other place I stayed. Have been using Expedia forever and had never experienced something like this. Not even mad about the experience, more so disappointed and will have to watch out every time in the future when booking my trips.

There were no toiletries, including towels. I called several times to request towels, soap etc. I was advised by the front desk that the items had been sent when I initially called right after check in. I finally got the towels, but they were dirty and ripped.

Our stay was very good, until my last day when I was packing and I noticed 3 of my belongings were missing. I had a brand new item of jewelry I purchased on my trip gone. A pair of pants. And part of my keychain on my luggage gone as well. I stayed for a little over a week and I didn’t notice until my last day. The food, room, amenities & service was all very nice but I don’t condone or appreciate stealing peoples belongings. It is very telling of people’s character. I’m not sure who would have done this but it made me feel very uneasy because my passport & important documents were also in the room and they could have been stolen too. I would have recommended this hotel to other people but not anymore. I’m sad to have to leave this review because the place is very nice. Stealing is never okay.
