Nice hotel but dated. Shower drain kept backing up. Had to call front desk for everything including to have the room cleaned. Asked front desk for robes, they showed up almost 2 hours later. Room next door had room service plates sitting outside for over 24 hours. Ate at the bar one night, had to ask manager for spoon and napkin after my soup was delivered. Manager had a napkin she was carrying around doing who knows what with, she proceeded to give the napkin and said “here have mine” and walked off to get me a spoon. Limited food menu in main dining room. Only had one wait person working breakfast until a second wait person finally showed up. Waitress said you can’t fire them for showing up late because late is better than not at all. Definitely not worth $400 night. Beautiful property and views though.

We had rm 238 for 2 nights... Floor in the bathroom and inside shower had long black hair hair every where. WiiFii wouldn’t connect. Dinner with Hunter in the restaurant was great, he rolled right with our humor! Thanks from the Michigan couple. The sweet girl who delivered our wine. The was scotch tape remnants on the wall above the bed. So the conditions of the room were as they were, we checked out and only spent night. When checking out all they said was they’ll have to talk with custodial management...
