Horrible customer service. When we got to our room we tried to turn on the TV. It wasn’t even plugged in and the batteries weren’t in the remote control. When I called the front desk the lady had an attitude and told me she didn’t have batteries for the remote. There was no hot water so we had to take cold showers. Our door didn’t lock all the way. When we checked in they were telling someone that the rooms were $164 a night. There’s no way in the world those rooms are even worth half of that.

The air conditioning was now putting out any heat Only blowing the Room air around. The 1st night of my stay there was no breakfast served whatsoever.

Very rundown and nasty place. Overpriced for a trashy hotel that is drowning in smoke, dust, cobwebs and disgustingly old linens and furniture. Most of the doors don't lock all the way or have a lock on them. Just disgusting

No breakfast like the website stated. “Smoke free” but stunk of smoke. Cheap 2star motel and it was barely that. Luckily all I had to do was sleep there for the night.
