Well, you get what you pay for. This was one of the lowest prices hotels in the area. The good - low price and great location. The bad - worn out furnishings, noisy, homeless people sleeping in the parking lot, rude staff, didn’t feel like a safe area. Spend a little more and stay somewhere else.

The property had lots of criminal element hanginging around the exterior of the building. There was a long line to check in and all transactions were conducted through a tiny glass hole. The room was dirty with bugs crawling all over the place. The bathroom floor was wet from the ceiling above leaking. The linens were stained and did not appear clean. We only stayed long enough to shower then left the premises. WILL NOT stay there again and DO NOT recommend!!

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The on-line reviews were not even close to being accurate. Long line for check in with no personable customer service. All transactions were done through a small window. There was a lot of ceimi al activity happening around the building. The nathrrom floor was wet from the room above leaking. The towels were stained. And the worst part was the room was filled with bugs. I DO NOT recommend this property to anyone.

Room was not spotless, but it was clean. The staff were very nice. And it was quiet. Only issue I had was trying to get my room serviced, I had to go to office and ask for it 3 separate times before they finally sent someone. Overall it was nice. I'd stay again.

The room was filthy horrid! Carpet was filthy, stained and needs to be replaced! Wasn't vacuumed!! Tiles were filthy Holes in paint. Dirty used towel in bathroom Phone didn't work! And the bed was broken leaning on one side. Second time this happened to me with Hotel.com. I will NEVER go thru them again!!! I'd rather pay full price!!!!
