THE HOME

PLEASE NOTE
We are dog-friendly! While we allow dogs at this property, we charge a Pet Cleaning Fee. This fee varies depending on the dog's breed and size. Please provide the size of your dog (e.g. under 50lbs) and the breed, and we'll get back to you from there!

If the property has a pool fence, it must remain in place for safety and to comply with state regulations. There is a cost of $75 for taking down the pool fence, and an additional $75 if it is not properly reinstalled.

For reservations extending beyond 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning will be charged to the guest.
