Our gated community includes a private entrance to the famous 11 mile Scottsdale Greenbelt, a heated pool and spa, an onsite office and maintenance team, laundry facility, and a business center! We serve fresh popcorn and coffee daily, as well as, the occasional donut day.

Use your private entrance to enter this particular home located on the second floor. This suite has been remodeled to include beautiful upgraded furniture, tile, cabinets, and more! Furnished with a king size bed, your suite has all you need to feel right at home from the moment you walk through the front door. Each unit has a spacious living room with a dining area; walk through kitchen with full size appliances; and a bedroom with an attached bathroom, large walk in closet, and private patio (balcony)!

The fresh and clean appeal of this home is perfect. The thoughtful little touches added go a long way to make this the perfect place to call home. All rooms are stocked with most cooking utensils, a toaster and coffee maker, 2 TVs, iron and ironing board, comfy pillows, and cozy furnishings. We really enjoyed our time here! Place is super quiet! Everyone we met was very nice. Room is smaller but lots of room for 2 people. Loved the area, green space is beautiful. Location is good some stores nearby for groceries and such. Only knock against the place was the bed was hard but that's more of a personal preference. Would stay here again for sure!

Great Spot

We stayed at SPS for 3 enjoyable nights. Property is very cute and clean. Furniture is new as is wood-look flooring. Great location right on the walking path. Easy access to bike rentals. Also good location for driving as there is easy access to downtown and the airport, as well as shopping in many areas. We would stay here again.
