Although we got confused on which hotel was the hotel we were staying at because of the location ,the staff were very courteous and informative upon arrival. The hotel was clean and tidy but out dated. In the entrance the chairs were ran down and needed to be replaced. The sink the the room smelled and the water wouldn’t go down.

My recent stay at the Homewood Suites was a bit of a rollercoaster. While there were some bright spots, several service gaps and hidden policies made for a frustrating experience. The Room & Amenities The room itself was nice and featured a very convenient kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator, which is always a plus for longer stays. However, the preparation was lacking. The suite wasn’t fully stocked; we were missing basic items like washcloths and extra bedding for the pull-out couch. Dining Experience The complimentary breakfast was disappointing. Despite being kept in warmers, the food was cold, and the selection was very limited. Most concerningly, the cleanliness of the dishes was not up to standard—many plates and utensils still had visible food residue on them. Hidden Fees & Outdated Information Be aware that the information on Hotels.com is outdated. The site lists parking at $20, but it is actually $25 per night. This was an unexpected expense I only discovered upon arrival. The "No Balloons" Policy The most frustrating part of the stay was a strict "no balloons" policy that is not mentioned on the hotel website or third-party booking sites. I brought balloons for a special occasion, only to be told they weren't permitted on the premises. • I was only shown the policy document after checking in. • Because the balloons were non-refundable, this resulted in a total loss of money. • Management offered no compensation or flexibility for this lack of transparency.

We really like Hilton but..Room; My room was booked 15 days prior, even managed to arrive 4 hours earlier then checkin time just to arrive here after a 10 hour drive, and waited 3 hours after my 4pm checkin just to get my room, and the bathroom shower not being properly clean, and no bath soap.. But you already have my money so you win.
Safety hazard! Only noticed cause it caught my toe but hey oh well I already paid for it guess I should have noticed before stepping in to bathe.
Safety hazard, the hand rail in the shower is protruding from the wall.. scraped my shoulder even while being careful, do to it being placed under shower head.

The staff members were amazing. Very accommodating and friendly. The hotel rooms not so much. We got into our room and there were cockroaches in the cabinets and behind the fridge. We were moved to a new room a few floors down and there were dead bugs in the cabinets. It was gross.

Staff was courteous. Room was fine except the hot water tap was reversed without my knowledge. Cold was actually hot and hot was actually cold. There was no way to know this since there was only one handle. They did repair this and regrout the floor of the shower which had eroded. Also, I want the price of parking shown. Also, I would rather PAY for wifi that be forced to provide my data to join whatever the Hilton program demands I join just to get wifi

The front desk staff were super pleasant and helpful. The room was nice and big. My showerhead leaked so I ended up having to put a towel over the drain to keep it from tinging through the night. It’s a relatively dark space and my “ living room” light flickered off and died. Loved the size of the fridge and microwave and dishwasher.
