""Free" breakfast offered is sub standard at best. No milk, no eggs, no cereal. Juice was watered down, coffee tasted bad, etc. Need to really improve the quality and what's made available. Room was okay. Staff was good. Parking is strange...can only park front in...police give tickets for backing in parking."

"I had a stay booked just for 1 night because my daughter had surgery scheduled for the next day. I stupidly failed to read all the reviews because if I had I never would have booked here. Her surgery was canceled at the last minute so I had to cancel our booking. When expedia was trying to contact for a refund for me they wouldn't answer. When I called them, they answered but I spoke to the most rude man. He kept interrupting every time I spoke and never let me finish a sentence. He told me expedia had to handle it. But they couldn't because he wouldn't pick up for them! Finally I got an email today saying they got ahold of the property but they refuse to give a refund. I literally had no control over this happening, it was due to a medical reason and they still refuse to give a refund. Which after reading reviews, seems to be a trend. This place scams people out of their money and then treats them like crap when they call. Absolutely would not recommend to ANYONE."
