This motel has been renovated really cutely. I enjoyed staying here. It’s extremely close to the turn off to head to the beach. The cleanliness of the room, mainly the floors, could have been better.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room had great lighting which you don't always find. The A/C was loud. The location is convenient, and parking was right at the door.

We needed to visit Pensacola for medical reasons and had to find a place quickly. The Inn looks great in pictures, decorations are cute, and the property looks nice. However as soon as we entered our room it smelled like mildew and cigarettes. We had small kids with us and have never smoked so we were already not happy. The tile floors were sticky and looks like they needed a serious mopping. The bedding smelled like cigarettes. The tub had hair and bugs. Unfortunately, the pool was not open. The fridge did not work at all. We felt very uncomfortable with the guest staying next to us and another above us. The two guests made it difficult to be outside the room with our kids. Even after we left my son's bassinet smelled like cigarettes. I'm not sure if we just got a bad room but we would not stay here again.

The hotel was updated and very nice. Staff was nice and the room and lobby smelled great. Area wad save and clean. Parking was minimal. The walls were paper thin. I was awaken many times by next door neighbors comimg in late and dogs barking in the morning. Not really the hotels fault though. I would book again for business with the boys but i wouldn't book this place for my family. To many party people and the parking lot smelled like weed. Again not the hotels fault, it alone was better than expected.

I recently stayed at a hotel and unfortunately, I had a poor experience overall. The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par, as there was dirt on the floor. Additionally, the staff was not readily available at the front desk, causing me to wait for 30 minutes to check in at 8:30pm. The property conditions were quite disappointing. The bathroom door fell off the hinges when I used it, which was a major inconvenience. Furthermore, there was no warm water despite waiting for more than 10 minutes. To make matters worse, I had specifically booked a king-sized bed for myself, my wife, and our dog, but I was given a twin-sized bed instead. When I called the front desk to express my concerns, I was informed that there were no other rooms available and nothing could be done about the water issue. I was also told that the bathroom doors habitually fall off the hinges. To add to the discomfort, the hotel was located in an area with loud traffic noises throughout the night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The lack of cleanliness, unavailability of staff, poor property conditions, and noise disturbances made for a highly unsatisfactory experience.
