Home away from home

The rating says it all. This condo is exceptional! The code was not hard to learn at all. Security at the resort is top notch. The elevators were quick until Good Friday but the resort got VERY busy that day and the next. Even then, it wasn't too long of a wait. The condo was very clean, spacious and equipped with all the necessities needed. The view was breathtaking!! This condo came with 2 beach chairs. The company that took care of us were very polite and courteous. We come to Pensacola every year to visit with family and this has been our favorite place so far and we will definitely want to stay here and this condo again.

Spring Break

My sister and I enjoyed a wonderful week in this condo. I cannot say enough good things about it. There were lots of extra things that made it so nice….air fryer, hand soaps at each sink, and Pam just to name a few. Donna was outstanding and is fabulous with communication! I would highly recommend staying here!!

Back to Pensacola for a wedding

This property is beautiful! We were in town for our nephews wedding and decided to stay beach side. This is a lovely property that is super well equipped with everything you would need for a seamless trip. Donna is a great communicator and was available to text anytime. When we come back to Pensacola Beach we will definitely book again with her.

Girls trip March 2025

Property was nice, clean and nicely furnished. All the basic kitchen amenities, gadgets and utensils. Beautiful view. Close walk to restaurants and bars. Check-in was easy and between 3-4pm standard of most hotels. Butterfly security system cumbersome but ultimately works with a little finesse. Unfortunately check-out is 10am, most hotels are 11/12 sometimes 1pm with requesting a late check-out. That makes is a short morning with having to pack, clean up, dump the trash and start the dishwasher. But if you're an early riser its probably not a big deal. We had a late flight so once we left the property went downtown Pensacola and had brunch and then spent the rest of the afternoon at coastal country brewing, highly recommend this brewery!

Beautiful condo and excellent property manager

In addition to the stunning view, this condo is right on the beach. It's clean and quiet and everything was exactly as shown and noted in the listing. The best part tho is that Donna, the property manager, is excellent. I texted to ask about beach chairs and an hour later they were delivered to our door! She was so prompt at answering texts and helping with all the little questions you have about staying in a new place. I cannot recommend this place enough - great vacation and great experience.

This beautiful condo is placed just right for enjoying incredible beach views and taking a pleasant stroll to local shops and restaurants. Cleanliness is important and this unit was very clean.The furniture and bedding was comfortable and well maintained. We’d like to stay in this unit again.

Fantastic condo

Beautiful, very clean, and great location right on the beach. Everything seems brand new. Furniture is comfortable. And the sunsets were spectacular. Donna the manager was very professional and prompt with any questions I had. It does get to be a bit much remembering the codes for your car, building, room and pool entry. I eventually put all codes in my phone notes because I couldn’t remember them. The place is as secure as Fort Knox which I do appreciate. This place is awesome and I’d love to stay there again.

Fantastic

We just returned from an amazing getaway to Pensacola Beach. Emerald Isle is a fantastic place to stay- conveniently located within walking distance to shops and restaurants! However, what made this a 5-star experience was this condo, its owner, and property manager! The condo is BEAUTIFUL and clean. You can tell it is loved by it’s owner and not just a “rental property.” The property manager, Donna, was an absolute pleasure to work with! We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

Great Condo Great Location!

The condo was as described, great location, clean and perfect for our family. It was well stocked with all the kitchen equipment we needed. Donna the property manager was very responsive and helped us with 2 issues that came up during our trip, we could not have asked for better service. We would love to get that room again!

The condo was just as described. Very neat and clean. It appeared to have everything you would need to cook a meal, but we opted to eat out. Great communication from the rental company. There are codes required to in the gate, in the building and parking. It takes a little getting used to. Would definitely go back

Beautifully Decorated

I've stayed in other condos at the Emerald Isle, and I think this one tops the others. It was beautifully decorated. It also came with other small appliances I never expected to find. My only complaints: the bed was hard, and I could barely slide the curtains open. Perhaps some type of mattress topper would help the bed. and the curtains just need smaller rods. Other than that, I would definitely rent this condo again.

Excellent condo unit! Great location! Good value.

Overall our stay was excellent. The unit was as described and communication with the property manager was VERY prompt and helpful. Proximity to restaurants delivered exactly what we were looking for which was to be able to park our car and walk to dinner, shops, etc. Walking out of the back of the building right onto the beach was also PERFECT. As well as the included chair and umbrella setup. What would have made our stay perfect? - The building itself: The elevators in the building need some attention. Updating? They didn't seem like they were climate controlled well i.e. hot. The building itself was a little tired, but the lobby had been updated nicely. - The master mattress was too firm for us (this is total personal preference I get) - just a heads up to sleepers who prefer a softer sleep, consider bringing a topper and. your own pillows. - On the beach, even though you have the setup - just a heads up that with the public beach access you will have people out marking spots in front of you at 6 a.m. Highly recommend if you want to have a "front spot" to get down and put some chairs or something in front of your setups. That is really it in terms of advice/constructive feedback and most of that is more of a heads up or out of property owner/manager's control. Highly recommend!

Emerald Isle condo

This condo is updated and tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. The building is close to the center of Pensacola Beach, so going to restaurants etc was easy and we often just walked. I got the impression that there are a large number of rental units in the building, which is fine because the other families there were on vacation like us, and everyone is generally happy to be there and friendly. I noticed that there is an employee on duty at the building from first thing in the morning until after dark, which makes a difference in upkeep, etc. The owner of this unit has a local property manager, who is your sole contact. She was very nice and attentive. She texted me when we arrived and gave us a heads up to watch for the Blue Angels flying along the beach that evening, which was a big hit with our son. We had a maintenance hiccup one day, but the property manager and the building staff were responsive and got it fixed. We were there the second week of June and there was always enough parking. The crowd there is family oriented. Some people complained that there are not enough elevators, but we thought they were ok. We had a fun week and overall good experience at this property.
