"The place was convenient to family we were visiting. The staff was very, very good for the most part. The room was clean and well maintained. And the breakfast for a ‘Hotel Breakfast’ was one of the best we’ve had in a while. BUT, it was not without issues. Parking to even sign in was a total mess. There are four spaces in front of the place for loading and unloading only. Mostly always filled and people were parked in the street. Parking is up the street in a garage. The second night of the NBA finals, we settled in to watch the game but couldn’t because the cable/satellite company they use was having a dispute with Scripps/Howard so we were cut off! No game. And the wi-fi on the 8th floor was pretty non existent. We had to use our phones as ‘Hot Spots’ in order to get on line."

"The room had not been clean hair as every where from the shower on linens. Dust on bed and nightstand. Bed was comfortable however I brought my own bed lined and bath towels. For a Hyatt property I expected more. This was the my worst experience with a Hyatt property"

"The biggest disappointment was the pool. I thought the pool would be enjoyable for everyone, but it was definitely more like a babysitter for people‘s children. It was an absolute zoo in that filthy cloudy pool, and I never even got to put a toe into it. Otherwise, the rest of the day was pretty good."

"Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, clean property (inside and outside), clean rooms, and quick check in Disliked: Mattress was too firm and the bed frame squeaked loudly every time you moved. The shower’s water pressure could have been better. We were not able to rate breakfast - it opens at 6:30am and we had to leave at 6:30am, so was only able to quickly grab a couple apples and granola bars on the way out the door. However, it looked like the staff had everything set up nicely. Overall, would probably stay at this hotel again."
