I was so glad that in lobby they did not have FOX News on their TVs. IMO, the room was clean, quiet with a comfy bed. The towels are small and the shower pressure wasn't great. The breakfast was ok and parking was included.

The room was clean and ready for our stay and the staff was very courteous and thoughtful. The only reason I only gave four stars was the breakfast. The first day some hot items were cool; however, things were much better the second day. Thank you very much for your service.

Cierra, desk clerk, rude, unkind and disrespectful to seniors, not customer friendly, threatened me when I complained about children running through hallways screaming and hollering at 1:30 am on 11/25/22. Leon, Sat day Manager, Leon, helpful and empathetic. Said he would give me extra points for the inconvenience. Cierra shouted at me and said I complained too much after she gave me last room on 2nd floor (room 200) with 1/4 mile walk with tv broken first time. Asked for lady Manager who gave me another room near elevator on 4th floor. Hotel clean, last room good, but first one, end of building facing pipes on roof. Breakfast good, parking good, but getting tables cleaned off at breafast= spotty. I would say stay wasn't relaxful or pleasant because of treatment by Cierra. If she is not around, stay would have been nicer!
