It was a big room. Didn’t like the staff, it was dirty, they charged my card 3 times, breakfast was limited on selection.

Attitude of hotel staff: Indifferent

Pros: Breakfast was good. Rooms were quiet. Close to highways and Baltimore harbor and Washington DC.
Cons: The attitude of hotel employees. Change their indifferent attitude towards work and customers.
Location: The Baltimore Marine Center. Washington DC Vietnam Memorial, Lincoln Monument. So much to see in DC. Plenty places to eat crab.
Hotel staff: Indifferent attitudes and not friendly at all. One exception: MaryAnn was exceptional and went out of her way to keep breakfast area clean and well stocked. She always smiled and was very helpful. Room overall: Relatively clean, quiet, no bad odors. Bed/linens were clean. TV & air conditioner worked very well. Shower never ran out of hot water. Room cleaning: Was good overall but not consistent quality. Breakfast: Good selection and variety of food including fruit and yogurt. Tables all wobbled so had to keep foot on table foot while eating otherwise drinks would spill out of cups.

Christmas With Family.

I enjoyed my stay except my room did not have a microwave. I had items that needed to be warmed up and had to get on the elevator to use microwave downstairs. I'm making a suggestion for microwaves to be added. I did not like the breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable.
