Perfectly located for summer and winter adventures alike, this first-floor condo brings ease and convenience to any Park City getaway. You'll be within blocks of excellent dining, shopping, hiking trails, and the ski lifts at Park City Mountain.

This condo sits directly across the street from the tennis courts, baseball field, and biking and walking paths at City Park. Stroll a third of a mile and you'll find the Park City Alpine Slide and the Eagle, 3 Kings, and First Time Lifts ascending Park City Mountain. For some of the best restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, and entertainment in town, head three quarters of a mile south to the Main Street Historic District.

Here on the first floor of the building, this condo sits just below grade - so while its windows let in lovely sunlight, they are at ground level. Inside, you'll have every essential after a day of adventure, including a rack for your gear, an eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a living room with comfortable seating and a TV (with cable and streaming capability). One of the bedrooms has a TV and a desk workspace of its own. A washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
