Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We hope to welcome you back soon.

Our suit was dirty upon arriving! Dust all over everything looked out of place etc. No housekeeping the first day, no turn down service the first night. We had to call to find out why this wasn’t being done, so we did just that and it was a we are so sorry and a hand written note apologizing for unclean room. The hotel and the rooms are very outdated for the price you pay. One thing is for sure the valet guys are beyond knowledgeable of the area and provide good ideas of where to site see etc, they were so friendly! As for the hotel staff, very rude, didn’t know anything it seemed about the area, especially the concierge, how can you be such a luxury hotel and not provide info to your guests. Back to housekeeping, it wasn’t until the day before we left that they finally cleaned the room and did the job you would expect. We were given a cheap bottle of wine for the inconvenience to us! That’s some five star appreciation right there! Lol literally $12 bottle of cheap wine. I even spoke to a manger concerning our room and he put me off as if it were not a big deal. It’s a huge deal when you pay these kind of prices to stay there. A lot of the staff acted as if you were putting them out, but the valet guys totally made up for it! Awesome job valet! Not sure I will ever stay here again.

Okay, but too many hassles/problems for the price

Pros: Comfortable bed. Large shower, Nice courtyard (when snow is cleared). Friendly staff.
Cons: As mentioned above. Also, snow fell while we were there but sidewalks to the inner courtyard were not cleared?
Location: Love the area. Never a shortage of things to do. Excellent restaurants in Park City. Beautiful area for outdoor types.
Our unit had a dishwasher but it had never been fully installed. Whenever we tried to load it, the entire dishwasher came disconnected and tilted forward. We couldn't really use it. Our room had 4 TVs: 1 in the bedroom, the family room and 1 in each bathroom. None of them had a Blu-ray player. We called the front desk to request one. They brought a unit fairly quickly and set it up not quite as quickly. When they left, we realized it was a DVD player not Blu-ray. So, why didn't we just stream movies? Well, you do pay a $35/night charge for internet but it is super slow. You must pay an additional ~$15 per night for high speed internet. The heating in our room was not working. We would turn the thermostat up but the heat would not change. Called front desk and they sent someone to fix it. Still didn't work. We kept turning the timer knobs on our fireplaces to keep the rooms warm. There is no option to self park -- not on the street or in a parking lot -- unless you are willing to walk 1/2 mile. So you will need to plan ahead whenever you need your car and account for an extra 15 minutes. Also, if you leave anything in your car, there is not an option to just walk into the parking garage to get it. You will again, need them to retrieve your car for you so that you can get it. Sunglasses, jacket, headphones: small things we typically leave in the car we had to ask for the car to retrieve. Expect fewer problems for the price of the stay.

Pros: location
Cons: everything
too many problems-TV did not work, coffee broken, air conditioning had to be fixed, lousy view out the window (warehouse of some kind)

Excellent hotel, except for a very uncomfortable, soft bed.

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet, luxurious
The setting is beautiful. The staff were very helpful. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean and well-appointed. The restaurant was quite good and had some vegetarian choices, which are sometimes difficult to find. The spa services were the best I have ever used and prices were quite reasonable. Danielle was a particularly skilled massage therapist who significantly helped me with a severe muscle spasm that occurred while we were there. The only drawback was that the bed was incredibly soft and as a result was very uncomfortable.

Totally Awesome!! A Must-Stay!!!

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, beatiful view, mountain access
We recently stayed at the Waldorf Astoria Park City this summer and had a WONDERFUL STAY!! FAbulous hotel, great service, beautiful pool area, walk to mountain, free concerts, etc. We stayed in the winter for skiing (which was equally awesome) and really enjoyed the summer as well. Great views - courtyard and mountain views are absolutely wonderful. This is a must-stay! Winter or Summer.

Wonderful birthday celebration weekend!

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, excellent well-trained staff, five minute drive to main street
I really cannot say enough good things about this hotel! I met two friends there to celebrate our 40th birthdays in Park City. We got an excellent summer rate on our 1 bedroom king residence for the 3 of us. We had a pull out couch in the living room that they made up nightly for us. The bed was comfortable, unlike most pull out beds. Two bathrooms, washer dryer, full kitchen and really pretty, modern decor. Pool area is clean and very comfortable. Two jacuzzis and a fire pit with smores each night. The staff is very well trained and so incredibly attentive. We utilized the concierge multiple times for concert tickets (deer valley music festival), restaurant reservations and local information and everyone was amazing! They went above and beyond to help make our stay effortless. The spa is gorgeous and the staff are also lovely. We went down everyday to use the steam shower and sit in repose for a while. We took a class with Jada in the fitness center and had a great workout and a lot of fun! We finished our visit with swedish massages and lots of relaxation in front of the fire place. They also sent down a chilled bottle of champagne for our birthday celebration-very thoughtful. Summer is the time to visit Park City! No crowds, 2 for 1 dinners in fabulous restaurants, cool weather and super nice people. Can't wait to come back!

Very beautiful hotel!

Pros: Quiet, luxurious
Definitely worth the money. The rooms were cozy (I loved the fireplace inside) and room service was very speedy. The staff were very helpful and the valets were great as well. I would recommend this to anyone. It is worth your money.

Stylish and Comfortable

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
My only complaint would be that the room was a little bit cramped--Other than that it was really beautiful. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were crisp and white, the cover was fluffy and the atmosphere romantic. Slippers, bathrobes, chocolates, etc. Pretty fire pits outside were lit up at night while my sweetheart held me close and pointed out the constellations. Wonderful getaway.
