Customer service was rude over the phone. Short answers, long wait, cut off conversations, and no care in their attitude. The room didnt hold up for an expensive experience. Dry towels, tv signal was very poor, janky remote that had to press a certain way. The most disappointing was the thermostats wasnt working. We couldnt set the temp higher. It would stay only at 65°. Of course we could ask for the service, but with their attitude we didn't bother. The parking card instructions were confusing. And $29 a night? Ridiculous. And no contiental breakfast for bad serivce is just a let down. I guess its not always the big name brand places arent were it's at.

Great location downtown near shopping and restaurants. Walking distance to everything. Across the street from the old Salt Palace and near the LDS temple. The hotel was also very clean and nice. Our only complaint was with the staff operating the front desk who were too busy talking to each other to notice their customers. This isn’t something I would mention but it happened 3 times in 2 days. Very disappointing for this hotel brand.
