I stayed at this hotel recently and overall the stay was fine. However, I forgot my phone charger in the room. When I returned and contacted the front desk, I was told that nothing was found. I also checked the room myself, and the charger was no longer there. It’s disappointing, as the item was clearly left in the room and could not be located afterward. I expected better handling of lost-and-found items. I hope the hotel can improve communication and procedures in similar situations in the future.

Nice room and the staff was super friendly. Our flight arrived at 8 am and they brought the shuttle for us. They even let us in our room early and allowed us a late checkout due to our daughter's vb tpurney. Breakfast was great amd the pancakes and french toast tasted fresh.

I wasn’t expecting much with this hotel, but was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, the service was awesome. You took the time to go look for my glasses that I accidentally left in the room, you were able to check us into our room early, and the breakfast was great. The room was clean and spacious. Paul and the other staff were very helpful, courteous, and friendly! So convenient to have a free airport shuttle. Breakfast had just enough hot dishes and other items to make a very full plate and fill you up, and the 24 hrs coffee machine (with decaf, regular, and hot/cold water) was perfect to take up to your room or out with you in a travel cup. Lyft and Uber pick up really fast if you need to go somewhere far, but the convention center was a brisk 15 min walk and I felt fine to walk around the area by myself or with my teenage son. We also felt close to many restaurant options. Right behind the hotel is a restaurant called Street Tacos, that has delicious, authentic Mexican food and is open late, perfect for when we arrived around 11pm. Then, at midnight, a DJ plays music, complete with fun lights! FYI, the McDonald's next door is only open late for drive thru. We never went. Had Crown burgers and sandwiches from Caputo's. Highly recommend!

Adorable hotel with excellent customer service. The room was huge. Not the cleanest, but it’s also the right price. The breakfast was lovely, though we only got to take advantage of it one of the days (we had to leave before breakfast was served the other days). I’m I could change one thing, that would be it. Also, larger to-go coffee cups would be nice as well. I recommend using the green bikes around town. There is a location across the street from the hotel at the Sheraton. It was convenient to ride to and from the convention center.
