There should be a no phone policy in spa lounge my relaxation was spoilt by a client in her phone loudly - I mention to receptionist on departure - massage was amazing Janilee fantastic - pedicure was good except no base coat applied abs chewing gum not really acceptable - the dinner in Laurel was poor - bursts not bursts steak dry veg not cooked enough - breakfast was good - deserts are poor - rooms are dated and no toiletries had to ask for slippers no cotton wool etc - was not really worth all the money spent other than the massage -

It’s a beautiful venue. Only inconvenience was housekeeping did not show up our first night.. then the next day she showed up at 4 pm we didn’t get house keeping for the first 2 days.

We have stayed at this hotel before and that is one of the reasons that we chose to fly home from Salt Lake City. The property is beautiful. The restaurant is very good especially at breakfast. The lounge is very elegant. The only problem was that they give last call at 9:30 PM. We enjoyed the pool and the convenience of many recreational activities such as antelope Island and little Cottonwood, which were both only about a half an hour away. We are still waiting for a refund for our parking which we were double charged for, but I’m sure they will work this out shortly.
