Enjoy the serene view of the aspens and steps to skiing. A quick 2 min walk to click into skis or board and ski down to the Lower Base of Park City Mountain. Sleep 6 in the large bunk room, 2 in a king bed and 2 on a full. Enjoy a meal in the large kitchen and dining room. Parking, space to spread out and more awaits. You are also a short walk to Silver Star lift if you walk the opposite direction. You can also catch a free shuttle that can take you around town. Close to grocery, restaurants.

A quick 2 minute walk to where you can click into your ski/board and ski down to 3 different lifts at the lower base of PCMR. Walk a small hill to return to the condo after a day on the mountain. No need to mess with the crowded parking lots at the base, steps to skiing! At nearly 2,000 sq feet, this is the largest unit on Crescent Road.

Located in the coveted Crescent Road neighborhood, the street dead ends at the resort. Easy access to the ski resort for summer or winter enjoyment.

There is a free Park City Transit bus stop a 5-6 minute walk from the condo. This will take you up to the Main base at PCMR and then up to Historic Main Street.
First rule, have a wonderful time in magical Park City!
Please do not bring skis or poles in the house.
Please do not wear ski boots in the house.
Please do not smoke in or around the property. There is absolutely no smoking allowed and your deposit will be forfeited if there is any sign of smoking.
Please remove shoes when entering the home.
There are no pets allowed.
Please be courteous of the neighbors. Quiet time is from 10PM to 7AM.

Awesome Park City location walking distance to lifts

We had our extended family including two grandchildren ages 5 and 7 for a fabulous Park City ski holiday week over New Years. Plenty of room for 8 people and lots of great memories created! Hosts were fabulous. Thanks to Amy and Tiffany.

Spring Break Fun!

The place was beautiful just as listed! Hosts responsive and wonderful to work with. True ski in ski out! Enjoying sledding down the bottom of a black 100 yards out the front door was the highlight of my kids stay! Dining area great for evening gatherings and recaps! Highly recommend!

Perfect Park City Location!

My family and I chose this home for our holiday vacation at Park City Mountain Resort (PCMR) for it's location and amenities, and it did not disappoint!! This home was exactly as it was described / pictured and perfectly situated near the base of PCMR and access to the lifts with a short walk (1/2 block) to end of dead-end street and ski onto trail to lifts (Eagle/First Take/3 Kings, or walk other way on street for Silver Star lift). The home is situated on quiet street but with easy and quick access to Main Street and other areas of town. This home provided the ideal space for our family who utilized the bunks and bedrooms and we loved relaxing at the end of the day with the fire on, making dinner apres ski, and looking out at the beautiful birch trees on the mountain. We will definitely be back next time we ski PCMR (also easy access to Canyons Village via the gondola) and would highly recommend this to families or anyone with big groups or just wants to spread out a bit. The owners were very communicative and helpful throughout - and provide a wonderful guidebook that helps with the home but also things to know about PC. Thank you for a wonderful week and holiday in PC! ~Lindsay & Family

Everything was very good, the only complaint I have is that the check out is at 10 and the check in is at 4. So you have to adjust your air fair with the times given. I wish the check out was a little later that you can have some time to wake up and get ready without being in a hurry!

Great condo in a convenient location

Our group consisted of four 50+ year old men on a reunion. Our overall impression was that that the condo was excellent value. The 2 min walk to the slopes was very convenient. We had a car, which made logistics a bit easier as we could drive to downtown for dinner. I imagine that without a car it would be a little less convenient. The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. The open layout provide for good socializing for breakfast and in the evening. The property managers were very responsive. We all agreed that we would stay there again, and we are somewhat of a picky group!
