Brand new bright roof top loft with AC in Latin Quarter

It's a 42 Square meters loft located on the 6th floor with elevator in a lime stone 1901 building. It has 2 double beds which are stored at the ceiling when not in use and pulled down when needed above all the furnitures which do not need to be moved. 2 in 1 night and day spaces. The nap couch is confortable and can be used as a bed for the 5th guest. The toilet is in a separate room. The kitchen is well equiped and has all you need
We are located in the Latin Quarter, a lively yet safe neibourhood, with lots of restaurants and shops, 3 great gardens : Jardin des Plantes, Luxembourg and Arènes de Lutèce.
The metro Jussieu is 150 m away, it has metro line 7, North-South and line 10, East-West. The Louvre is 12 mn ride. Notre Dame is 10 mn walking distance, same for the Panthéon and rue Mouffetard
We have 3 open markets, several supermakets, restaurants (French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Libanese Peruvian) and 2 bakeries on our street :))

Great loft apartment by jardin des plantes

This apartment is in a beautiful neighborhood with great views out the windows. The metro is right down the street and grocery stores are two blocks away. It is a two minute walk to the jardin des plantes. A beautiful place to take a walk. Its an easy 20 minute walk down the river to Notre Dame. For paris the apartment has good room to move about. Only one thing you should know is that both beds are pull down murphy beds which is great for more room but if you are older not easy to get in and out of bed.

Great location, clean with lots of space

The apartment was very clean, spacious and a nice mix of modern and classic decorating. Amazing location. The beds are comfortable with lovely bedding but are quite high off the floor so you need to use a step ladder to get in and out, not for those with mobility issues. There is not a pool on site, there is a community pool a few blocks away. There were ample towels and supplies, kitchen was well stocked with the exception of silverware, it was a bit sparse. Overall a great apartment.

We enjoyed staying in this apartment very much! Clean and has everything that is needed for a week stay. Communication with owner is excellent. Location is perfect; beautiful and safe neighborhood with many great food options nearby. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Comfortable Stay in a Beautiful and Convenient Location

I stayed in Vilay's apartment for a little over a week, and it was fantastic. The apartment was well-equipped with two beds and two additional couches, and the air conditioning was impressively strong. Although it took some time to adjust to the separate toilet and shower setup, it worked out just fine. The neighborhood was beautiful, conveniently close to the metro, and only about a 20-minute Bolt ride to iconic sites like the Eiffel Tower and Champs-Élysées. Vilay was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, and I can't wait to visit again soon.
