I truly enjoyed my stay at InterContinental Le Grand Paris. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. The front desk staff, especially those who spoke Arabic, were incredibly humble, professional, and extremely helpful, making me feel very welcomed and cared for. Everyone was wonderful! I highly recommend. I was late for breakfast bc I had jet lag, and they helped me still have a lovely breakfast. They were an absolute gem!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfy! Felt like you were sleeping on a cloud, pillows so soft. Amenities were great. Good food selection at breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed our 2day stay
