Breakfast offered a good variety but was always crowded. The elevators were semi-available, with a wait time of about 15 minutes, which isn't bad for such a large hotel. However, parking was a significant downside that might prevent us from considering this hotel again. The cost was $23 per DAY for each vehicle. Most places we stay charge around $50 for parking for two vehicles for the whole time you are staying with them, with an extra fee for a third, while some, like Days Inn offer free parking. Additionally, the balcony furniture was uncomfortable. For the price, it would have been nice to have at least two beach chairs in the room to be able to sit in at the beach, instead of paying $300 for the week or $60 a day. For the price you pay, there could have been a little better accommodations. The staff was very nice, especially the front desk.

Stayed 4 nights for around $1,200. We chose because of breakfast but breakfast was not really that special. Nobody cleaned our room in the span of our stay. Well, the 2nd day, they attempted to clean, but we were using the bathroom that time. We told them to come back. We got out of our room, and saw some housekeeper on the hallway. We told them our room number, and told them to clean it as they skipped ours for the reason above- they said they will- but never did.

Needs an update

It's time for a remodel. We've stayed here 3 times in the last 6 or 7 years. The mattress is wore out. The A/C unit ran constantly and was super noisy. The bathroom has spots of mildew and the shower heads need some CLR. Also now have to pay separately for parking at $20 a day. We booked in January before that was enacted but received no discount or refunds as it was included with our reservation. The staff here, with the exception of the front desk manager were super nice. Everyone here from maintenance, housekeeping, pool guy, free breakfast staff all of them were the absolute best. Great views of the ocean. We saw dolphins every day. And the carpet in our room was worn out. Maybe was just rooms on 6th floor. My sister in-law stayed on the 5th and my niece her husband and 3 children were on the 14th, they had two bathrooms their own bedroom bunk beds and a pullout couch.

Front desk staff was EXTREMELY unhelpful. Wanted to stay longer and asked to book through Marriott, was told to bad go book through hotels.com. I will never choose this hotel again, ended up booking another night because we had to but was disappointed in the way we were told to book our room.

Young man at front desk when I checked in was very pleasant and informative to all the hotel accommodations. The hotel.was very clean and room was very comfortable with a beautiful ocean view and nice seating.
