First, we were given the wrong address for check-in. When we finally got to our room the room had cracks in the floor and ceiling and the floors were severely slanted towards the middle of the room. The outside of the building also looked like it was falling apart. We did not feel safe during our stay, so we had to get a different hotel, and they refused to compensate us back.

The Beachfront view from the unit is great. My rental unit has a walk-in shower in the master bedroom which is great for older guests. Spacious living room and kitchen with appliances. The guest portal makes the check in/out process is very easy with the door and parking garage codes sent via the portal. The (remote) staff are very helpful when problems arise. I was seamlessly moved to another unit when the original rental unit had AC problems discovered the day before my arrival. Overall, the amenities, great customer service and convenient location made the vacation rental worthwhile.
