Unit not as pictured or described. There was NO ocean view, just a view of the retention wall holding back the beach. There was NO mention of there being a flight of stairs from the parking lot down to the unit or a half flight of stairs up to the beach. We would NOT have booked this unit as one has cerebral palsy and the other has 2 hip replacements. Stairs are a definite hardship. The pictures of the inside of the unit were taken a long time ago. There were no drapes in the bedrooms, the sofa cushion was torn and stained as was the one chair in the unit. There were no directions to operate the TV and cable system. The unit reeked of chlorine for the first 3 days. The windows and patio doors could not be left open as there were NO screens on any of them. The unit was so humid it felt like a rain forest. The countertop dehumidifier stopped working the second day. There were roaches in the bathroom. Black residue in the toilets and found it was coming from mold inside the toilet tanks. The handles on the faucets in the tub instead of being clear were black with mold. The galley kitchen was so narrow only one person could enter at a time. The refrigerator doors were on in reverse, so to open the refrigerator when in the kitchen you had to walk out. The closet doors bedroom were broken. The association chose to resurface their parking lot while we were there causing parking inconvenience and subjecting us to the stink of the resurface compounds.
