D601 Direct Gulf View, 3 pools, Tennis Court

D601 is a three bedroom Standard floor plan that will accommodate up to eight guests with a spacious 1750 sq. feet, fully furnished.

The living room has a flat screen TV/cable and DVD player, a pull out queen size sleeper and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony.

The dining area includes a table that seats six, along with a bar that seats two. Dining area and living room have windows extending along the south wall that has an amazing view of the water!

The kitchen is fully equipped, has renovated cabinets, granite counter-tops, and stainless steel appliances.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, one occasional chair, a flat screen TV/cable and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower with bath seat.

The 2nd bedroom also has a queen size bed, a occasional chair, a flat screen TV/cable, and windows along the south wall that has a view of the water.

The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, a flat screen TV/cable .and a sliding glass doors that lead to a small private balcony with seating for two. The guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combo.

There is a washer/dryer, tile through out the condo, a enclosed Florida room/balcony that can seat seven guests with one dining table and one cocktail table.
The open balcony has one lounge chair and two chairs and two small tables. The condo has a direct gulf view, but you can also look west/down the beach towards the sunset.
