With her tour of the second floor condo complete, Pinkie paused…Let's don't forget why you really came here! Beach access is easy and an adventure in and of itself. Outside golf cart rentals are prohibited in Seacrest so biking is a favorite pastime here and you can rent these right at Peddler's Pavillion. You can opt for a 12-minute leisurely walk across Hwy 30-A, through the Sunset community using the pedestrian boardwalk. Additionally, from March through October, the Seacrest Tram Service provides a fun-filled ride to and from numerous designated tram stops to the beach. Tram service runs seasonally every day starting at 9:00 AM with the last pickup from the beach at 5:30 PM.

Perfect trip to 30A. Balcony overlooking the pool was incredible. Easy access to the beach and quick walk to Rosemary and Alys. The apartment was perfect for two families (4 kids, 4 adults). We had plenty of space and everything was well equipped and easy. Highly recommend and we will be coming back!

This condo was exactly as pictured! It was exceptionally clean, super cozy beds, tons of towels, etc., huge closet full of beach chairs, toys, umbrellas and there were also beach towels provided. We loved the view of the pools from the living area and balcony, which was all so very comfortable and nice to relax and have a few cocktails. Plenty of space for everyone to sit. The pool area is spectacular and very resort-like. It’s in a great location and we were able to walk to all the local shops, food trucks, restaurants and bars. The walk to the beach was a quick 5 minutes across 30A. The only thing I would caution about is the beach itself, while beautiful with amazing soft white sand and perfect Gulf water, we were not prepared to walk down to see an empty private beach as far as the eye could see in one direction and then blue pricey pay per chairs as far as you can see in the other direction. This leaves one teeny tiny little area for tons of people to squeeze in literally on top of each other. I had NO clue this area was like this. It’s really such a shame because it absolutely takes away from the beauty of 30A.

Overall stay was excellent. The condo was as pictured and the pool area was very nice and clean. The only issues we could find in the unit were the master shower did not have the shelving in place and the shower door handle was broke, one sink in the master bathroom was clogged, and a few of the decorative blankets and pillows were a little dirty. I wasn’t too concerned with the blankets and pillows because they were not the ones you would normally sleep with. The beds in the unit were surprisingly comfortable! I would definitely recommend this place to others. The neighborhood was nice with most places within walking distance. The one downside to the neighborhood was that a few places were adults only after lunch so you had to do a lot of research when making reservations for dinner.

Great Location

This property is located right at the pool. It was so nice and clean. It was very relaxing sitting on the balcony at night after the pool closed listening to the fountain and water falls of the pool. It is a very short walk to shops, restaurants and the beach.We highly recommend this property!

Great property had a few very minor issues but overall five stars! Pinkie got everything resolved quickly. Beach is overly crowded if that is an issue beware. Pedestrian friendly great walkable restaurants and shops. We enjoyed and will be back.

Beautiful condo, amazing location.

The condo was beautiful. Well maintained, nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen had lots of useful tools for us to cook. Location was beyond amazing. Great view of the pool and walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Deceptive. Despite clear HOT TUB verbiage in description, there is no hot tub on property. Never has been. Given the cooler temps this Spring Break we wanted to make sure it had a hot tub for our group. I asked about heated pool but could not get a response from owner rep… Upon arrival we found out we were mislead and it had neither. We were already too far into it to get deposit to get back so not much we could do but freeze at the pool. Would’ve rather been told truth so we could make better use of the cooler spring break. Just tell the truth so people can get what they think they are buying.
