"Great pool and decor, but rooms worn "
From the outside, this place has charm with the Polynesian look including tiki torches at night. The pool is outstanding, very large and warm water for comfort. But my experience with the room was less enjoyable --- it was a large room and the bed was very comfortable, but the shower was tepid, air conditioner rattled and the ice machine was directly out my door which kept me awake. The room needs some TLC---still worth the price which was very good for Palm Springs.

"Good place to do laundry"
When we travel long trips, we do laundry every 5-6 days. The Extended Stay hotels have enough machines to do what needs to be done at one time.

"Highly Recommend"
This was a great place to stay. It's a hotel like no other as it is so unique in its decor. When you open your hotel room door it's like walking back into the 1960's. It was extremely clean. I was surprised by the floor as it is concrete, but I didn't mind at all because I am sure it's more sanitary than most carpeted hotel rooms. The bed is a futon, which adds to the '60s ambience. The pillows are luxurious and the duvet is the icing on the cake. I slept like a baby. There are 2 sinks just outside the bathroom which I like because 1 person can shower while the other can use the sink and mirror to finish getting ready. I would highly recommend Ace for anyone visiting Palm Springs.

"More than you bargained for"
I didn't know what to expect at all. I knew it was a deal, price wise, so I was prepared for the possibility that it might not be that great. The hotel is small and if high end appointments is what you need to be happy, you might not like this place. However, if you want a bargain where you get a really clean and nice room, you'll be happy you stayed here. The place seems to be recently remodeled. The walls are freshly painted white. The comforter and pillows were attractive and looked new. The bed was quite comfortable. The shower was large enough for 4 LOL. Beautiful tile inserts gave it an upscale feel you wouldn't even find at most Hiltons or Hyatts. The AC worked quite well and kept the room comfortable, even in 100 degree weather. There was free wi-fi which worked quite well and parking, while not a lot of it, was adequate. I'll stay there next time I'm in Palm Springs looking for a bargain and a nice place to stay.

"Easy access off Palm Canyon Drive "
We unfortunately had younger neighbors (we originally thought it was a family with kids, but my husband said they were kids anywhere between 15 to 25 yrs old) in the room next to us that decided to start their party at 1am.The loud conversation held on the walkway right in front of our door, continual slamming door(s) and the younger girls screaming, kept us awake for hours. We slept well after the noise died down, so the bed was comfy. If it were not for the party I would say this was a great stay.
