"Nice place to stop over."
We always stop-over here whenever we travel to Southern California. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and they serve a very nice breakfast to help get the day started right. There is a casino down the street and all sorts of restaurants and shopping opportunities are just an exit away. We will continue making this our stop-over for as long as they will have us.

"More than you bargained for"
I didn't know what to expect at all. I knew it was a deal, price wise, so I was prepared for the possibility that it might not be that great. The hotel is small and if high end appointments is what you need to be happy, you might not like this place. However, if you want a bargain where you get a really clean and nice room, you'll be happy you stayed here. The place seems to be recently remodeled. The walls are freshly painted white. The comforter and pillows were attractive and looked new. The bed was quite comfortable. The shower was large enough for 4 LOL. Beautiful tile inserts gave it an upscale feel you wouldn't even find at most Hiltons or Hyatts. The AC worked quite well and kept the room comfortable, even in 100 degree weather. There was free wi-fi which worked quite well and parking, while not a lot of it, was adequate. I'll stay there next time I'm in Palm Springs looking for a bargain and a nice place to stay.

" Great location but in need of upgrading "
Overall our experience was nice for a short stay. The hotel staff was great for the most part- all friendly and helpful! That staff was probably the best thing about the hotel! The hotel lobby is nice and modern in a minimalist sort of way. But the disappointing thing is the rest of the hotel didn't look as good- the elevator, hallways and outdoor entry to our room gave it the feeling of a 2 star motel! It definitely needs to be improved in that aspect! Although once we stepped into our room, it was good. The room is modern and spacious and bed was comfortable with extra pillows(which I liked!) . Only complaint is the bathroom which was in need of repair- toilet smelled & didn't flush well, the door hinges were loose and the shower pressure was really low. Also, the pool was clean enough but nothing great. Construction was being done outside of the pool area so wasn't good timing for us. The lounge chairs and other outdoor structures are old and need to be updated. The restaurant at the hotel had great food though and excellent service. So overall, it wasn't the greatest but satisfactory & pleasing for a 2-night stay!

"A nice hotel to stay with kids"
I checked in at night, and it took a few minutes for the staff to finish their conversation to notice me standing there. On my very last day, I was told that there was mini parties that I missed that I was not aware of, and it would have been great to know about that when I checked in. Also, I was told, there was some kind of child activity center for the kids. That would have been great to know in advance. When I walked in my room, there was a piece of trash on the floor, and the potato chips were opened and left on the counter. They had not been eaten just opened. Strange. I would thing housekeeping would notice. There is a little mini bar, but it is not refrigerated in the room. Who wants to drink hot juice? The bathroom was very clean and well maintained. The water park is so lovely for the kids, but a few of the fountains were not working on the splash pad. Also, they shouldn't leave the tubes in the water with no one in them. I loved the poolside service. What can I say, but Luis and Monte's service was amazing despite having the kitchen run late three days in a row. At least, their customer service kept me from writing a review online on yelp. The food on the menu did not quite match what came out to the table. Ingredients were missing or the descriptions on some items were incorrect. I was told they have one kitchen for the restaurant, room service, cafe, and poolside service .

"Convenient to freeway"
Comfortable room, clean. Close to freeway, but barely heard freeway noise from patio. Free breakfast was excellent, including waffles, eggs, bacon, fruit, bagels, toast, cereal and juices. Server kept trays well stocked and fresh. Desk people were nice and helpful with recommendations for places to eat. On a side note, Legends and Icons restaurant just across street has excellent food, but a little pricey ($14 burger/fries).
