"Great pool and decor, but rooms worn "
From the outside, this place has charm with the Polynesian look including tiki torches at night. The pool is outstanding, very large and warm water for comfort. But my experience with the room was less enjoyable --- it was a large room and the bed was very comfortable, but the shower was tepid, air conditioner rattled and the ice machine was directly out my door which kept me awake. The room needs some TLC---still worth the price which was very good for Palm Springs.

"Ok for an overnight stay."
Got a 1 bedroom 2 double beds hotel type room. A little claustrophobic & the layout of the room contributed to that kind of ambience. More like a rundown motel room. Maybe they can fix the bathroom door as it's starting to get unsightly.

Everything we were looking for in a "home base" for a family weekend. Although we were going to be spending some time with other family during the weekend, we also knew that we would have "down time", so I was looking for something more than just a place to sleep. The Inn is perfect as a place to just relax. Although it has been renovated, it still has a classic vibe to it. The pool is lovely, quite and relaxing. The rooms were charming. We had 3 rooms and each had a different theme. They were also spacious, so all of us meeting up in one room wasn't problematic. The courtyard and front veranda are very nice for just sitting and chatting. The staff was very attentive. The whole experience was very "A-list". Highly recommend for a weekend get-away or longer visit.

"Highly Recommend"
This was a great place to stay. It's a hotel like no other as it is so unique in its decor. When you open your hotel room door it's like walking back into the 1960's. It was extremely clean. I was surprised by the floor as it is concrete, but I didn't mind at all because I am sure it's more sanitary than most carpeted hotel rooms. The bed is a futon, which adds to the '60s ambience. The pillows are luxurious and the duvet is the icing on the cake. I slept like a baby. There are 2 sinks just outside the bathroom which I like because 1 person can shower while the other can use the sink and mirror to finish getting ready. I would highly recommend Ace for anyone visiting Palm Springs.

"Softest beds -hardest pillows!"
This hotel has a great location, terrific staff, nice, clean rooms (hallways had dirty carpet & such, but the room was great). ..... BUT, the bed was one of the softest I've ever slept in - like sleeping on a marshmallow. Pillows were also the hardest! An uncomfortable combo :( I asked if the beds throughout the hotel were the same & was told yes. Bring your own pillow! I'm a recently retired 39 year flight attendant - I've slept in a lot of hotel beds!
