Amazing vacation rental in Pagosa Springs, Colorado! Fully furnished 2-story duplex. This unit has three bedrooms, one full bath, sleeps six. Our town-home has three bedrooms, two with a queen bed and one with a king and one bathroom. With only one bathroom, make sure your a close-knit group. We do have a two bath units available as well, just ask. There are two flatscreen televisions, satellite TV, WiFi, DVD, Wii, and plenty of board games to keep your family busy. The kitchen is stocked with oil, flour, sugar, spices and everything you will need to cook gourmet meals.
We are located close to shopping, restaurants, trails, lakes, minutes from the downtown area and world famous hot springs, and about 30 minutes to Wolf Creek ski and snowboard area. Spend a day playing in the hundreds of acres of forest in the San Juan Mountains, or fish the multiple lakes located in the area. Fishing licenses can be purchased a the recreation center close by. Play catch or tag in the grassy front or side yard or roll out the grill and enjoy dinner on the little front patio.

Owners are located close by and available to answer any questions, direct you to great spots, or recommend local specialties. Ice fishing stay for Vigil Crew

We make several visits to Pagosa Springs year round for fishing. This Vrbo was great a great place for us to grill and chill and catch NFL after ai g and fun days on the ice. It had all the needed amenities, beds were comfy, and especially enjoyed the insulated garage during the morning and evening cold.

Clean home, but not family friendly

Home was clean and had all necessities. Property owners lived in connected duplex. Most of the communication was with the wife, who was friendly; even when we had parking issues. Extended family rented the home next door with same owners. Hot tub was a walk around the house, which isn’t ideal for a cold/snowy weather location. Having a young child and 2 other young children in our group, it didn’t seem they were exactly welcomed after a comment made by the husband/owner; but hey, 3 kids between 3-6 can be a bit much for some people.

Love nest for anniversary

We came to Pagosa Springs for our 35th anniversary. Their lovely Vbro became our little love nest while we explored the area. The master bedroom is upstairs in a loft with its own sitting room and the place is wonderfully kept and decorated.

Alpine Getaway

Perfect Pagosa Place!

The property was very clean and comfortable. The patios were beautiful and the yard was stunning. The owners left very clear instructions (i.e. trash, TV remote, etc) and also provided basic items in the kitchen and bathroom. That was appreciated and thoughtful. We had easy access to do a variety of activities during the day and then could retreat into a very nice home to cook dinner. We were very happy on every level with our stay in this home!

Perfect Location

This beautiful rental property was in the perfect location for our trip. We did both train rides, the Cumbres and Toltec and the Durango. This property is about an hour away for each ride. We also wanted to soak in the hot springs which are right there in Pagosa. The owners are very nice.
