Good Potential But Issues
Pros:
- Lots of room
- Bathroom in each bedroom
- Beautiful views
- Good location
- Ample outside seating
- Ample seating for TV viewing
Cons:
- House was dirty with cobwebs/spider webs along the ceilings and in corners
- Large amount of carpet stains
- Mold in king bedroom shower
- Dead bugs on top of plates in cabinet
- Coffee machine literally stuck to the counter due to old coffee/liquid spills
- Limited pots and pans
- Gas grill had rusted grill grates
- Mud dauber nest in between screen and window in kitchen
- Wifi was spotty and so was TV provider. Not a huge deal but don't plan on having internet access if you need to work or do school work etc
- Found a vape cartridge under a bed
- Outside of lower level was full of spider webs with dead bugs
- Sleeps 10 but only enough room to sit 6 at dining room table
- Dock lights did not work, or were maybe turned off?
- Landscaping was mostly weeds
- The rental company would respond to questions with copy/paste from the VRBO listing which many times did not answer my question
