Clean room but shower not fully covered. when we shower water is everywhere, on toilet, on the floor, and when we walk the water is everywhere in the room. No HOT WATER at all. We have to shower in cold water. some days i didn't shower at all. staff was good in helping and everything.

The rooms were very nice and clean. The breakfast staff, Carmen and Luz, were always pleasant and kind. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and always greeted us every time we walked in and out of the hotel. The security guard was super awesome. I will be returning to stay again

The rooms could have an upgrade, the pool lounge chairs were not easy to find , they need more for the amount of customers that they have, I thought it was a little tacky to have the towel guy renting old lounge chairs for 10 bucks, the area was very clean and beautiful, just a few sugestions

"I loved it. It was a perfect getaway. I had everything you needed in the resort without having to venture off. It was a little far from the airport, but the area that the resort was in was beautiful kind of like the suburbs I would say, and there were stores within five minute drive from the hotel I would give it five stars. They were just remodeling certain areas, but other than that it was perfect and the staff was very nice. I would definitely stay again."
