Relaxing setting, amazing beach views

Our family of four (two teens) enjoyed our stay. Loved getting to see the sunrise on clear mornings and loved the coincidental timing to see a launch at night from Cape Canaveral. Highly recommend this condo and we’d stay again if back in the area.

Awesome Beach Vacation!

Great location on the beach! Condo was clean with plenty of kitchen supplies to meet our needs. We loved the queen bed and bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom. If I wasn’t swimming in the ocean my favorite was sitting on our patio looking out at the ocean! Thanks

Save Yourself From Extreme Disappointment!!

My son and I were looking forward to our stay. When we thought it couldn’t get any worse, it did. The building to which the condo is in is in poor condition with an elevator that works part time. When you are on the 6th floor, this is a major inconvenience. The door lock going into the condo kept getting stuck when pushing the numbers to where you would have to wait a minute for it to reset and try again to only have it stick again. The condo itself was absolutely filthy. There was inch high dust, hair, and grime on every single surface. There was sand and a rock on the coffee table. The ledge of the window seal had a spill of some sort of dried dark liquid. The living room mirror had dried white oily splattered specks where it looked like someone popped their pimple juice on. There was enough dirt, hair, and food in the couches to fill up 2 vacuum bags/cylinders. The bathrooms were in comparable dirty conditions with hair and mold in the shower/tub. I did contact the condo owners Vacasa Vaction Rentals. They sent a housekeeper back to quickly wipe over hair, dust, & dirt but it was still in poor condition when she left. I requested to be moved due to conditions that deemed unhealthy for my family but was denied. I then asked for compensation of some sort, to which I was also denied. Our vacation was not as anticipated with these less than suitable conditions. As well as being unsuitable and disappointing the building and condo itself were outdated and in need of repairs.

Good location with an outstanding view!

This relatively quieter part of the beach front in Florida was a great weekend retreat for us. Clean facility with plenty of restaurants, parks, groceries, and of course beach. The condo was furnished well and met all of our needs during our short stay. Thanks to the owners for letting us book their place.
