Time share harassment

Pros: Location to Disney, room size good
Cons: Customer service
Location: Close to Disney parks
Not a good Orlando visit. Stayed here because family choose resort. Harassed about time share ownership tours from the minute you check in. Offer money to compensate but wasn't enough to cover the rude behavior by sales people. Had I been traveling alone I would have checked out a day early to get away

Location: Clse to Disney and restaurants.

Amazing resort for the price !

Awesome resort for the price !!!! Just beyond expectations ! Jetted tub in our unit for no charge. Lots of activities. Rooms are more like suites than anything else. Huge with full kitchen... Very fancy. Only negative point : waterpark is 20 USD extra !!! They don't tell you it's not included in the resort fee. Watch out ! Pools are nice.

Good for the time used

Pros: Water park location amenities staff weather balcony
Cons: You could hear the neighbors clearly. We were in a 1 bdrm apt which connects to the larger apt and we were able to hear everything going on next door.

Beautiful Resort - Outdated Room

My husband and I stayed in a one bedroom villa which was very clean, comfortable but outdated. The resort is beautiful, however, it is definitely time for some renovations. The only issue we had was our toilet got stopped up and we called the front desk for maintenance which took two phone calls before someone came. Once he arrived he took care of the problem. I would definitely recommend and stay at this property again.

Nice resort, pushy salesmen

I left check in annoyed, I understand this is a resort and that part of their job is to try to get you to sit through one of their presentations for a timeshare. We are Disney pass holders and live in Florida so I'm always very up front with resorts because I know the whole time share thing is how some employees make their money so I don't want them to waste time on me. Well this resort regardless of how honest I was still took my room keys over to their timeshare desk to book a meeting with me the following morning. In order for them to give me my keys I had to book a time and they also wanted a $20 refundable deposit to ensure I would show up. I declined that and asked for my keys which the man reluctantly gave to me. The whole process took over 30 minutes. We live about an hour away, we have no need for a timeshare, we get into Orlando in the morning and literally just sleep in rooms we rent. We could pay less to stay other places, but we like to stay at different resorts so we can recommend to friends and family from out of town. Though this place was adequate, I did not appreciate the run around especially after being 100% honest about my intentions to not purchase anything beside my one night at the resort!

It is definitely not our intention to make you feel pressured in any way from anyone on our staff; however, we do offer the opportunity to all of our guests and owners to take a tour and with that, receive certain incentives, with no obligations. Again, we apologize and we do hope that you will give us another opportunity to exceed your expectations.
