Welcome to our inviting & Spacious vacation home located @Windsor at westside Resort in Kissimmee, FL. Our 8 bedroom 6 bath has a built in Private pool and Spa with a lanai screened large private patio and fully stocked kitchen. Also 2 main level with 2 themed children bedrooms, game room with pool table, foosball table, & air hockey. This property is within minutes of Windsor at Westside resort community amentities such as Large swimming pool, Tiki bar, water slides, Lazy river, Tennis, Basketball, and Volley Ball Courts.

Living Room. Plenty of space to mingle and lounge.

The home included washer and dryer.

Safety. Our home is located in a secure, gated resort style community. The home is equipped with ring video door bell, with digital keypad door locks.

Guess have access to the entire home. Our guest have complimentary access to the Windsor at Westside Resort club located five minutes walk away. The resort is a recreational facility with a graded entry pool, lazy river, whirlpool spa, waterpark, free arcade, fitness center, playground, basketball, tennis and volleyball courts. Also tiki bar, restaurant and lounge, fishing pier, outdoor fireplace and private cabanas.

There is no garage parking available.

*The POOL & SPA heat is NOT included*

***Guest must take appropriate measures to prevent access to the the pool if an individual cannot swim, especially children. Guest must use door locks and the pool safety fence.

If you would like the pool $ spa heated there is a non-refundable fee of $40 per day (plus taxes and fees) for pool and spa heater to be turned on. Pool & spa heat must be for the entire stay and must be requested and paid for at least 24 hours before check in.

***Pool water may take up to 24 hours to fully heat up. The SPA will not get warm if the pool and spa heat is not purchased.

***BBQ grill there is a $50 plus tax (13.5%) to use it. The fee covers the cost to use and clean the grill only, it does not include a propane tank. You must provide your own propane tank.

Very Nice Vacation Home

I gave a 5 star review not becasue we didnt experience any issues. But mainly on how our issues and concerns were promptly resolved which allowed us to relax and enjoy this beautiful home. There was plenty of space for 15 guests and more really. Also the home was clean, entry to property was an ease. Everything that was said on listing was accurate. The host communication was Amazing. I would recommend this property to anyone and would happily rent again.

The decor was very nice. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean but the carpets were very dirty. I would have given the home a higher rating if the carpets has been clean.
