Loved coffee at all times. Continental.breakfast was great. Coffee pot, microwave and fridge in room. Locality was great. 2 tv's in room. The couch was SO comfortable. The continental breakfast was a highlight. The staff who ran it made excellent food and varieties that changed daily, they were extremely personal, and made everyone feel special. Pool was excellent! Did not receive fresh towels until 2nd reminder, laundry on property great but needs to function properly. phone on wall laundry not fastened did not understand the light switch laundry. The water in shower took awhile to warm up. Did not love paying for parking but understand.‐

Visiting Epic Universe with my son and this was close to the parks and very convenient to the activities and dining in the area around it. Staff was friendly and accomodating and let us leave checked bags on our final day in order to explore. Breakfast was good and well attended to.

What i didnt like is that the elevator button still dosent work properly , also floor numbers missing in the elevator .Sofa in lounge / dining area is all peeled and destroyed. Not a good look upon entering. Can use an improvement, also the ceiling fan was removed making it impossible to sit in the sofa area .It is too hot without a ceiling fan .

Everything went very well, hotel is great just that we have to pay $20 per day on parking seems a little odd when most hotels have their own parking spots other than that all good

I would like to start with some positive comments. The staff was friendly, cordial, and effective. Breakfast was on point, and parking was easily accessible. However, I do have some negatives that I think need to be addressed. First, the smell on the 6th floor was quite unpleasant. It seemed to be a mix of mold, humidity, and cigar odor. Next, the bed was sliding to the left, indicating that it was broken. Lastly, while the shower had good water pressure, it took around 50 minutes for the water to warm up.
