Love the house

The booking process was easy.! The code to get into the gate was correct and we had no issues. Now getting into the house was where the problem came. The door code I was given didn’t work. I sent a message and didnt hear anything back within 15 min so I decided to call. I called Vrbo guest lines, stayed on phone for about 45 min trying different codes. Was told they will put in a ticket. A guy came and tried the code for the house we rented and the house across the street didn’t work. Someone finally called me back and we was able to get into the house. That was the only issue we had the house looks just like the pictures, we were in the center of everything we wanted to visit.!

Amazing Family Friendly Stay!

This home was perfect very roomy for my family stay! They loved it! Enough room for all of us (17 party). Neighborhood was beautiful. Grandkids enjoyed pool, distance was good to Disney Theme parks. Plenty of towels for pool time, restrooms for all. Would love to stay here again. Only thing we didn’t know how to operate the projector 📽 for Family movie 🍿 time maybe some detailed instructions would be helpful.

Unforgettable!

There was twenty members in our group and we were all was pleased with the whole experience. Everything was better than the pictures showed. There was more than enough towels, kitchen supplies, and square footage for our large group. I would highly recommend this house for new life long memories.

Nice house

Positives: Good location - There's a 7-11 right down the street and a Walmart within a 15 minute drive. About a 30 minute drive to Disney resorts. House was spacious and clean. Lots of pool towels which was nice. House pool and the neighborhood pool were both clean and great. Quiet neighborhood. Negatives: Some trash left on the pool deck (including a used bandaid - yuck). Empty salt and pepper shakers (really?) and 1 roll of paper towels for 7 people for 4 days. Neighborhood gates open to ANY vehicle - we never had to put in a security code so I'm not sure of the point of a gated community? And be aware that they are very strict on checkout times. We had a such child the last day and offered to pay extra to stay just 1 hour longer (until 11 am) to let her rest before heading to the airport. There was zero flexibility. I understand the cleaning crew needs time to get the house ready for the next group, but it was disappointing. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this home to other travelers.

November 5-13 stay.

The house was very nice, however we paid for pool and spa heating for our full stay. Upon arrival we noticed the both amenities were not getting warm. I throughly read through the description on how to heat the spa and pool but day after day it was not getting to the temperature it was supposed to reach. I called the Vacasa customer service number to help fix the problem. On Friday the 5 I called 3 times, on Saturday 3 times on Sunday 3-4 times and on Monday 2 times. I was told multiple times by the representative that I would get a call back however nobody returned my call. I spoke to managers the assured me they would be on top of it and get it fixed and that never happened. The problem was never resolved. I’m very disappointed. Had I of known we would be at a house that didn’t have pool and spa heat I would have book a different house. We rent houses and vacation in Florida every year, this year we went with this company and I’m not sure I’ll ever go through Vacasa again. Jackie

Everything You Need

I was worried we wouldn't have enough basic items for our party of 12 people; plates, glasses, towels, etc. However, the kitchen was fully stocked with more than enough glassware and supplies to take care of a dozen people without ever having to worry about running out (presuming we were at least semi-responsible about cleaning up each day!). Check in and check out were amazingly convenient, despite worries of red tape holding up our many guests. Honestly, I was nervous about trying this service for the first time, but they took away a ton of the stress of planning everything. 100% would recommend.

Great house but horrible check in

The house was wonderful and very spacious and the decorating was beautiful but I would never stay there again because of the terrible check in process. It wasn't too bad (about half an hour) when we arrived 4 days before Thanksgiving, but it was annoying to have to call and get someone to let us in each time we wanted to go back to the home. But Wednesday the night before Thanksgiving we were in a line of over a hundred cars and couldn't even get in although we didn't need to check in. There were cars lined up in every direction and all were crowding to get into the road to get into the homes. The police should have been called because traffic was blocked. We were in line for hours just trying to get inside. We advised the staff that were checking people in of the terrible situation and they said it wasn't their problem. People were getting mad and the situation was terrible.

Couples Getaway

The stay was relaxing. Overall, we had no problems other than people in other houses wanting to park in the street. It rained almost every day so we did not get to enjoy the pool as much as we wanted. But overall, it was very spacious and we would stay again.

Spacious Family Getaway

Very nice clean, modern home. My only takeaway is a grill would be nice (especially when cooking for a large family)and there's only enough parking for two vehicles in the driveway. Overall it's a very nice, clean ultramodern home with plenty to do for a large family with children. Video games, pool table, Foosball table, air hockey and the theater room (bring your own blu-ray movies) are all awesome! I highly recommend this home for any family who would like to socially distance themselves during these trying times. With 9 bedrooms (Master on main and a second bedroom as well) there is more than enough room for everyone. Parking is a little trying if you have more than 2 vehicles. There's also a bar at the resort that serves burgers, fries and wings. There is also a community pool with a lazy river as well (It was close during this Covid Pandemic). But very nice (Went during our last visit to this resort) One last thing the home has a nice private screened in pool and plenty of outdoor seating for everyone...

Great house for big group

We had a large family get together over the holidays, this house was perfect for us, the kids loved the upstairs and pool, I couldn’t believe that we all fit around the dining room table. Our only minor complaint is with the entrance gate to the neighborhood - we were all given different instructions on how to get in, some received codes, others received a paper that we needed to show to the camera, but a lot of renters seemed confused with the right way to enter the neighborhood, and there always seemed to form a line of cars to get in, no matter what time of day (granted, we were also there during an extremely busy time of the year). I’m sure there has to be a way to improve that process. It wouldn’t prevent us from staying there again, but I hope they find a way to smoothen that out soon.

This was the best VRBO ever!!

We had two families and we never felt we were in each other’s way. If we could change anything we would have had the hot tub hot. It was was to cold to sit in and relax. If I were you I would have it heated before you go.
