This beautiful modern home can sleep up to 12 people. There are 4 bedrooms all fully furnished along with 3 full bathrooms which is great to have when traveling with a large group. There is also a private pool that is fully screened in along with a private fence around the back of the home. The home is located right off of Formosa Garden Blvd and is right behind Margaritaville Resort and water park Orlando. It's 10 minutes away from Disney World, 20 mins from Sea World and 30 mins from Universal Studios. If you love to shop then look no further more, 15 mins away is the world famous Orlando Vineland premium Outlets which has tons of designer name brand stores and restaurants. Neighborhood is very quite and upscale easy access to major highways and interstate which makes it easy to get around town. With in the immediate area are lots of restaurants and grocery stores as well as Target and Walmart which is literally 2 miles away. You couldn't have asked for a more convenient place to stay during your trip, you will not be disappointed.

The house worked for all our practical needs. I believe it needs an overall deep cleaning. Cost was a little above others. Several things needed repairs and we should have noted upon arrival. Went several days wondering why there weren’t many dishes before we found them in the dishwasher.

Wonderful House

House was great, nice quiet street. Big and roomy. Well stocked kitchen. Living room has a great large comfy sectional with multiple recliners which was nice. Hosts include some toiletries like toothbrush, toothpaste, hand-soap etc. in the bathrooms in case you have forgotten anything, that was a nice touch. Showers in the two larger bathrooms were nice and big with garden tubs and the water pressure was awesome. Pool area was large and loved the child protection gate. Pool yard had a big grill & although we didn’t use it, it was great to have the option. The string of market lights around the pool was lovely at night, really added to the relaxation vibe. Jonathan was extremely responsive to any question or issue we had. Overall we had a great visit and enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location

Definitely the house needed attention to service. The second bathroom shower drain is total plugged, we can't be able to use the whole stay. The cleaning is not good, i have to cleaning the refrigerator and floors and some areas including outdoor patios, plus pickup poop on back yard.

Very clean comfortable house in a quiet location convenient to Disney properties. It was perfect for our group of 5 people. The house was well maintained, in overall good condition, with only a couple minor maintenance items needed.

Great property and great location

Great rental

Everything went great with well furnished and well kept rental. Owner sends codes as soon as cleaning finished which is kinda late but no problems. Great place for dog friendly stay.

Having stayed at many Kissimmee homes with pools, and that allow pets, I’d recommend this property. The pool area was really good. The amenities were fine. The kitchen and main area floors could use a mop. But, overall, recommended.

Such an amazing rental and the owner was fantastic !!!

First, the pictures don’t do this property the justice it deserves. The house was perfect for our family. The fenced in yard worked perfectly for our two pups and the rental was very spacious with all the comforts from home. Everything was super clean when we arrived and we found that Jonathan went over and beyond our expectations by leaving us many of the things we thought we needed to bring ourselves, like hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, snacks and drinks. When we reached out to Jonathan for some questions, he was very attentive and responded quickly. While we were there, the garbage disposal broke and the owner quickly contracted with a repair person to have it replaced within a day. We’ve never had that type of service before, so we were blown away by his responsiveness. The house was very close to Disney and we were able to get to all four of the main parks within 15 minutes. We really couldn’t have asked for a better rental and we will definitely be renting this house again in the future.

Amazing 4th of July Vacay!!!

My family and I loved this amazing home!! We loved the pool, the cleanliness of the property, the large kitchen and they supplied us with so many things that we would need. The home was located minutes from all of the best restaurants, shopping and fun!! We had an amazing week and we will definitely return next summer!!

All that we needed

This house had everything we needed for a 4 day tournament at the Convention Center. It was nice to be able to make breakfast, do laundry and float around the pool before our lunch time departure each day. Having dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap and toilet paper there upon arrival was a huge bonus! Jonathan was also quick to respond to my questions and was very helpful during our stay!

Excellent Holiday

Had a fabulous stay . Jonathan the owner answered queries quickly and everything is as described and in the photos. The villa was very spacious for 5 of us, with plenty of room for our own space. It was nice to relax by the pool on our non Disney days and the neighbourhood is really quiet and felt extremely safe. The location is really close to all the attractions, it is literally 10 mins into Disney and the Animal Kingdom and about 20 mins to Disney springs. Walmart and Starbucks are 10 mins away as are all the restaurants on the 192. We went to Tampa 1 hour away and Cocoa beach about 1 hour in the opposite direction. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely look if this villa was avilable for our next trip.

Lovely, cozy, clean home close to everything

My wife and I hadn't been to the Kissimmee and Orlando area since 2012 and decided to celebrate her birthday with a trip down just to enjoy some time in Florida. We looked into staying at some of the Disney resorts but oh my the prices! We decided to look into a VRBO rental. We knew we wanted somewhere with a private pool and decent space to stretch out while also allowing for our two small dogs. We found this little gem while looking at the rentals in the area and knew it would fit our needs perfectly. Boy, we were not disappointed! First, it was easy to find and is very close to most all of the attractions in the area, including Disney. We caught a Cirque De Soleil show at Disney Springs and it took us MAYBE 15 minutes or so to get there from the rental. Very convenient! Virtually any restaurant you can think of is nearby, as are scores of various stores and shops. It's located in a nice little subdivision and we found it to be quite peaceful, especially since it is located near the end of a cul de sac. The home itself was VERY clean, top to bottom. The rooms are very spacious - there are two master-sized suites with their own bathrooms, as well as two smaller bedrooms, both decorated nicely (one is even decorated with Mickey Mouse decor!) We didn't use even half of the rooms as it was just the two of us and our dogs but this home will definitely accommodate a large family or even two decent-sized ones. The pool area was super clean as well, with four large loungers for laying out, a four seat table in the lenai for entertaining, and another tall four-seat table for other guests. The pool itself was clean and inviting! There are televisions in each room, the kitchen is large and there is a nice laundry room. Overall, our week-long stay was very pleasant and we would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to have room to stretch out without having to worry about sharing a pool with others. It's proximity to all things Kissimmee, Disney, and Universal make it a great option if you don't want to pay for a crazy expensive, one bathroom resort room with a single bed and TV. You won't be disappointed and we can't wait to come back!

Ia couple of issues. They left open OJ in refrigerator and soda. I would never drink those also the patio the umbrella was knocked over wouldn't stand the tables were dirty and wrappers on the ground and a glob of hair in pool otherwise a beautiful place

We vacation where we live!

This home is exactly as pictured! The bedrooms are big and roomy. There are so many chairs and chaise lounges around the pool that makes for a great day to relax and bbq! The location is off the main hwy in a nice neighborhood and so close to everything you need! The house is stocked with what you need. Jonathan the property host is so nice and answers his emails immediately . We will definitely use this house again.
