"This home is so much fun and is the best we have ever stayed in! The 2 theaters were a hit, and my kids could not get enough of the game room. So much to do in there- play pool, foosball, air hockey, shuffleboard, arcade style video games and PS4 games. We also spent so much time enjoying the private heated pool and spa. We dined at the 2 tables out there most nights, and the men especially loved sitting at the bar counter while they enjoyed some drinks and watching sports. And although we had no reason to leave the home, we loved that there was just a 3-block walk to the resort's clubhouse and water park!" Cindy C.

Perfect for all ages!

This property is a vacation all by itself. I really could have just stayed in the whole time because there is so much to do. From the cool theater to the screen by the pool. To the amazing game room. We all loved it. The themed rooms were fun too. It really is a wonderful home. We had a few minor issues, but the property manager was very responsive. They were also very open to feedback. I would choose this house again. Even my 84 and 86 year old parents enjoyed the game room (picture attached) lol.

Described Perfectly. Located inside Windsor Resort the free access to resort activities was nice. The first day air was not working upstairs. We had to call property manager. Service tech didnt get there til around 1230 am. All skillets and pots were burned so we had to purchase our own to cook. Lights on pavilion around pool worked Friday and Saturday but not Sunday and Monday. So once it got dark we had to come in. Even with the outside theather on it is dark and we could have used lighting. So we had to go inside but NOT BEFORE we observed a large rat that came in through the hole in the screen by the grill. Scared the cramp out the kids. Then we paid 95 to turn on the gas grill which should have been free since we were hot from arrival to 2am. The results was a clogged line that the service man needed to blow out. Towels and wash clothes are very thin and need to be replaced. For the price of the villa small items are important. We found a ironing board but no iron so we had to buy one. Like I said the description is definitely . The small items things were important when u start to talk about 1000s of dollars and a family of 12.....Very dissappoint.

I can say that the home is exactly what is listed.I only gave 4 stars because part of the ceiling in one of the bedroom came off and hit my guest that was laying the the bed . It was a heavy wood that was only glued to ceiling and should have been nailed.Overall the house was very big .The upstairs was extremely hot at times. Pool area was amazing

Great house in a great location

House was accurately advertised and offers just about everything you could want. Plenty of space for a large group and a great setup for everyone to stay entertained. Communication from the property manager was great and the check in and check out process was as simple as it could possibly be. Location is just outside of all the Disney madness but not a long drive to any of the attractions and many dining or shopping options are in close proximity. Will definitely want to stay again next time we are in the area.

Great communication with Keith, and the house is spacious and great for a big family. The kids and teens have a great time with the games and pool table. All the Tv’s had free streaming services and the projector outside with the pool is a great addition. Small things that could be fix/replaced but overall we had a great time. Neighbors are not friendly.

We had a great stay! Property was exactly as described. We loved the heated pool. So much space for everyone!! 10 adults and a toddler. Inconsiderate neighbors were our biggest issue, and that has nothing to do with the property!! Would recommend!!

Great accommodations for our large group of 17 with one being only 7 months old. Plenty of space and well equipped. The projector and screen in the pool area made for a great place to watch hockey! The theatre room was great for the one rainy day! Pillows not the best. Bbq could be upgraded. Games room has had a lot of use. One dryer took a long time to dry clothes. We would 100% stay again.

Upon arrival, surprised with elegant dining area with place settings and very clean and hospitable setting. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were very clean and theme rooms were a hit either kids. Home theater room was a hit as well. Pool was great and received lots of use after Disney visits. Close proximity to Disney parks. Great home with a lot of amenities.

Amazing !!

It’s rare that you find a property that looks exactly like the pictures. This place looked exactly like what we seen in the pictures. Every guest was satisfied with what they saw. The ONLY issue we had was the fact that 2 of the twin beds were not cleaned properly. We placed our own sheets over the bed & enjoyed our stay (easy fix). Everything else was wonderful (including the location). We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks for everything !!

Family Fun

This is our 2nd year staying in the same neighborhood. The location is great, close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The house its self was great. This was a family vacation, 11 of us ages 2-68 and there was plenty to keep us entertained. We used the oustside area during the day and pool was just the right size to take a dip and for all of us to hang out around the bar. Upstairs common was full of games for all ages. We took full advantage of having an in home arcade at night challenge each other to games. The bedrooms and baths were just as described, we all had plenty of room. The kitchen, dining, and living were very spacious for us all the eat and relax away from the action. We did have a few minor issues and Keith responded to me very quickly and someone showed up the next day to fix them. We did not go to any of the onsite facilities but I saw lots of people walking to and from all day. I think you could stay here and never even have to go to a theme park. The downside of this house is also the location, traffic is extremely heavy so plan accordingly if you are going to the theme parks, 5 miles takes like 20 minutes. Other than that this was a great property for our family to make life long memories, my son even proposed to his girlfriend here so this is a trip we will never forget. Thank you for the great stay.
