Good location and pool/hot tub

Our kids and grandkids joined us for their spring breaks and visited Disney parks. The location was very convenient. We all enjoyed the pool and hotvtub at this vrbo.

Great stay. Contact with property management was wonderful. Had a problem with the hot tub initially but the property manager and the maintenance folks were great. The problem was resolved and there were no other issues. The property manager even text weekly to make sure all was well. The pool people were a delight also. Very friendly. The garage room was great. Star Wars themed with comfortable furnishings. The property as a whole was as expected. The location is excellent with the proximity to the parks and shopping outstanding. I would recommend this property to others and will certainly rebook next time we visit the area.

The place was absolutely perfect! The recreation / game room was exceptional as was the pool and hot tub. Everything about our stay was memorable. Highly recommended.

The house was nice, very roomy. They need to update the sheets, they are very rough on the skin. They need to provide face wash towels. The house was clean, but the furniture in the bedrooms need to be dusted. We had 2 issues, 1 was fixed, but caused some inconvenience, the other was not but we were tefunded the cost. causedsome inc

Fantastic house - everything you need and great location

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely house. We were two families with 4 children and there was plenty of space for us all. The bedrooms were great size and enough bathrooms for us all. Great house, great location (lovely and quiet), great pool - loved everything. The owners were very responsive to a couple of queries we had. Would highly recommend this house, we would love to come back again some time

Visiting our Disney College Program Kid

Our daughter is in the DCP program and we are taking advantage of trying to visit as often as possible. This house was perfect for our needs. Nice and quiet, plenty of space to spread out...we even were able to allow my son to bring a friend along with him...and the house is nice and clean. Communication with the owner was excellent. She checked on us throughout the week and we honestly never had any issues or questions at all. We loved our stay and plan on visiting again. Thank you! :)

We had a few issues when we arrived and the host was very prompt in fixing the issues. It is easy to get to the parks and restaurants from the location. The only complaint I really have is the fact that the upstairs and the game room never were comfortably cool. The place has lots of hangout space whether for a small group or a larger family or you have plenty of room to find a quite place alone if that is what you want. Again, the host was easy to work with and very quick to get back with us.

Wonderful Villa at Emerald Island

We have just returned from 18 nights at this villa and it has been a wonderful place to stay whilst exploring Disneyworld! The villa itself was perfect, the communication with the owners was exceptional and they responded to any questions we had extremely quickly! The Check In process was very quick and simple and I loved being on a community with gates and security guards! The Villa is in an ideal location with a quick 10-15 minutes to most Disney Parks! You can easily avoid the busy I4 From here! Great hosts and fabulous Villa! Will definitely be returning on our next trip!

Great Disney destination

This house was amazing. The private pool was awesome for relaxation. There was plenty of space for everyone. Some of the things that I don’t think were mentioned in the description is that this is right next to a wildlife preserve so we saw armadillos! There is a mini golf course on the main property, trash is collected daily, and after the first day it is very easy to get into gated community with a designated lane for you to tap your security card. There is also a little nature trail as well. This property is also very close to Disneyworld resorts. I believe it was closest to Epcot or at least it took us the least amount of time. I think the longest drive we had to Disney was 22 min and that included going through Disney’s very large parkway to get to the parking. Universal Studios was about 40 minutes, but we also went early when rush hour was. I would highly recommend this property.

Great Experience

The owners/managers were great to work with and had an almost immediate response to any questions we had. Even going above what was expected. We added the pool temperature option and the pool and spa were perfect. The Emerald Island Resort is a beautifully manicured property and safe. We had an excellent time.

Loved the house but they need to bring things up to their property manager

Coffee filter was left in coffee pot and had mold in it, there was a lot of ants and some of our family members had ant bites from sleeping in their rooms, there was a towel with blood on it in the master bedroom, there was hair on the walls of the downstairs shower. The dishwasher and garbage disposal were broken and needed to be fixed and the upstairs bed near the stairs is unstable.

Loved it!

This was an amazing property. Well cared for and everything we needed and then some! Super comfy beds too. Location was perfect for our Disney vacation. Owners were super responsive, we had no issues, but thru we on contact with us to check in to see how things were going. Our grandson loved the pool. Couldn’t keep him out. It was a perfect oasis for us.

Disney Birthday Celebration

The property was really wonderful. The owners knew this was a birthday celebration for my 2 grandchildren that was years in the planning. We had a couple of hiccups early on but Cynthia went over and above to make this the best week ever. She was always quick to text or pick up a call. We were minutes from shopping, restaurants and about 15 minutes from all Disney Parks. Beyond happy that I picked her home instead of a Disney Resort!
