This home offers first and second-floor owner’s suites, a large open floor plan with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a TV and gaming area on the second floor. The living room flows to the outdoor living space featuring a covered lanai, screened-in heated pool, and soothing spa. This home is located in the Disney Area guard gated, vacation community of Windsor Westside Resort, just a short walk from the amenity center, featuring a zero-entry heated resort pool and spa, poolside cabanas, lazy river, splash pad with waterslides, tennis/volleyball courts, playground and more. Great home and great communication

We enjoyed our 8 nights in Stephanie’s home. A couple issues with the gate code, pool/spa heat and water level. We were able to use another friends gate code, and Stephanie sent someone out to check on the pool/spa issue, which was resolved and we had pool heat in about a day. The house had most everything we needed. I would suggest more pool towels so guests don’t have to pack/buy them, I believe there were about 5. We also replaced the box fan that didn’t work. Overall a great clean home and this south facing pool is perfect for full sun all day!! Thank you again Stephanie for such great communication!!

Family vacation.

The house was lovely. If you only wanted a place to sleep and nothing else. Fine. The pool was freezing and hot tub was barely warm. We reported this upon arrival and was instructed to where the heater was. Guests should not have to worry about touching this kind of equipment. We reported this several times. Never fixed. Grill was filthy and did not work. Was told someone would fix it or replace it. No one ever came. Front door latch was broken. Had to waste a 11/2 day waiting for repair. Only time maintenance showed up. Stove had broken knobs. Not enough dishes and silverware (3 forks) for a sit down meal. The family vacation of 11 adults and 2 babies was to celebrate my youngest granddaughters 21st bday. My family of professionals, nurses, police offices, FBI agents and attorneys worked hard to take time off to get together for this celebration. We could not even grill or have a sit down meal together with what was offered. We planned this for 9 months. Extremely disappointed. The property manager was unprofessional and rude. Clubhouse was nice but closed at 530. We all looked forward to heated pool and hot tub and that was a bust!

The Worst Experience

Booked it with them and they cancel my reservation without any communication. The host was rude and didn’t care that my family and I traveled far with no place to stay because they overbooked the home. I had to be on the phone with VRBO for over 2 hours to finally get a refund. Thank goodness we were able to find a home with another company.
