Spacious, beautifully designed, equipped with out-of-the-ordinary amenities, and located ten miles from Disney World, this majestic home is ready to welcome you and your family and friends for your next magical adventure! Nine bedrooms and six bathrooms make this retreat perfect for large families and groups of friends. For most people, having an outdoor space is key when planning their vacation, and this home has exactly that with a little bit of extra. The dreamy back patio boasts an extraordinary screened, optionally-heated outdoor pool with a pool spa that is surrounded by a pool fence, a covered outdoor dining area for six, along with plenty of comfortable seating, and a propane BBQ for delicious smoked meals.

Inside, this air-conditioned home away from home has two levels filled with comfort, conveniences, and entertainment. The main living area has an open floor plan seamlessly combining the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The open and well-appointed kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher - basically, everything the group's chef could need to prepare mouth-watering meals and snacks. The island seats four and it's perfect for quick meals on the go. More formal dinners can take place at the ten-person dining table. The adjoining living area boasts an inviting sectional right in front of a smart TV with Roku. When it comes to sleeping arrangements, two bedrooms can be found on this level. Both bedrooms have TVs and en suite bathrooms. The main bedroom has access to the patio and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower.

The upper level hosts seven bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a well-appointed family room. The family room is all about entertainment with a full-size pool table, a small seating area with a round table, two large Smart TVs, and a second seating area with inviting furniture. All bedrooms have smart TVs with Roku.

Enjoy access to the Windsor at Westside Resort clubhouse and amenities, including a volleyball court, a game room, and a fitness center.

There are 11 TVs throughout the home and only seven have cable boxes. All TVs are Roku.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
