The house was big, fairly clean, great for a big group. Pros - spacious, open, and the location was pretty good. Close to stores/restaurants and not too far from the theme parks. The property managers quick to respond if there's an issue. Beds are comfortable but need additional blankets if there's cooler weather. Cons - There is a private pool but it is tiny - about the size of two (maybe three) standard size hot tubs. You have to pay for the pool to be heated if you want it warm enough to be comfortable, but we couldn't swim in it for the first 3 days of our stay bc the heater could not keep up with the uncharacteristically cooler weather. The fence around the pool is good in theory, but a strong toddler could knock it over easily if determined. The grill is also available for an additional charge. Towels were plentiful but not super soft. Not a lot of seating in living room for such a large space. Lastly, there is literally nothing in the kitchen for cooking essentials. There are pots/pans, dishes, but no salt, oil etc. The listing had said there was a toaster but there wasn't one. They did offer to bring one over to us but we had already bought one when getting the other essentials for cooking. I don't expect there to be a full selection of spices/oils, but the basics would have been nice! Only a couple trash bags, paper towels, etc - you'll have to buy. Overall it was good, but expect an upcharge for pretty much everything! Good price, convenient location.
